II. Paper machine part:

       (I). Introduction of paper machine part:

             The main construction is: reverse roller part, cylinder mould part, dryer can part, reeling part.

              General requirement during the production of paper machine:

              1. All kinds of guide roller is assembled with cast iron choke plug.

              2. The shaft head of all kinds of guide roll is using 45 # steel.

              3. All guide roller body adopts the seamless steel pipe, to ensure the wall thickness requirements.

      (II). cylinder mould part: include reverse part and cylinder mould part.

1.1 cylinder mould part

1.1.1 Couch roller: Φ400mm×2250mm

             QTY: 1set

             Explain: the body of couch roller is seamless steel pipe, it is covered with rubber, rubber hardness is:38°±2, it

            equips with 1 set of pneumatic lifting and pressure device. Shaft head is 45# steel, it is treated with thermal

            refining.

1.1.2 lifting and pressure device of couch roller

1.1.3 cylinder mould

             size：Φ1500mm×2250mm，wire slice is stainless steel

             Qty: 1 set

             Explain: This cylinder mould is stainless steel wire slice, the thickness of wire slice is 1.5mm.

1.1.4 High pressure movable spray water device

             Qty: 2 sets

             Explain: It equips with movable high pressure needle type water pipe to clean the mesh, the material is

            stainless steel, pressure is 2-3 Mpa.

1.1.5 Vacuum suction box

             Explain: box body is welded with stainless steel, panel material is made of ceramic, open mouth is: 20mm
