STRUCTURE FEATURES AND WORKING PRINCIPLE:

-This machine adopts the structure of supporting by three columns. It’s very convenient to use and adjust.

-This machine adopts the technology of AC Frequency control. L1 can adjust the filling speed and main part easily according to different connection of the product line.

-This machine has auto control system. No bottle no filling. The adjusting of the filling quantity is achieved by adjusting the tilt angle of the quantitative guide to adjust the piston stroke. There 08 ruler at the column, you can adjust the filling quantity refer to the ruler.

-When use the bottles with different height, it needs to adjust the height of some parts. If it wants to bottle with different shapes, it needs to change related track wheel and spiral etc parts. If it wants to cooperate with other machines, you can adjust the footing to adjust the height.

-The sealing ring of piston vice portfolio has the function of auto feeding. It can make the piston always keep good encapsulation. It can male it long life and accurate filling quantity.

-The parts of rectilinear motion and rotary motion all adopts new material-engineering plastic bearing. It has the benefits of maintenance-free, High wear resistance, ling life, low cost, etc

-The guidance of piston lift & down adopts guidance column cooperates with engineering plastic bearing to achieve. It avoild milling long slot at the wall of piston cylinder, improve the accuracy and performance of piston cylinder.
