The finely ground chocolate syrup is introduced by the syrup pump and flows into the refining drum through the sieve filter vibration. The syrup inside the drum makes the cyclic sieve filtering for refining with the help of the mixer and syrup introducing pump.
The syrup’s automatic temperature control can meet the technological requirements.
The chocolate poured with the chocolate syrup thus refined are all of compacted and lustrous. Therefore, the machine is and equipment necessary for making high quality chocolate.
