Product Introduction:

The stainless steel plate and frame filter press is used widely for the solid-liquid separation of pharmaceuticals, food, chemical industry, environmental and water treatment, etc. It has very simple structure. When the suspending liquid was pumped into the sealed filtration rooms, liquid will go through the filter membrane (or other filter media) and solids will be held back in the frame and become filter cake. Various filter media can be used with the stainless steel plate and frame filter press, to comply with primary filter, semi fine filter and fine filter. The plate quantity can be adjusted freely, in order to increase or reduce the treatment capacity. A multilevel filter press is available. (you are able to use different micron filter media together in one filter press, can accomplish primary filter and fine filter meanwhile in the same equipment.)
