Work Principle & Function:

Rubber Hydraulic Cutter Machine is made use of rotary cutter, hydraulic control working table make reciprocating motion to cut out rubber lump. It is a new, utility and rotary cutter rubber slab cutter machine, which cut rubber lump (such as natural rubber, reclaimed rubber, compounded rubber, silica rubber), it mainly uses for crush processing and cut material in production. Hydraulic rubber slab cutter machine has some good character of strong structure, reasonable design, and easy operation. Pushing device of working table uses hydraulic technology and small inertia force, it would not have heavy blow when overload or stop suddenly, and can have automatic adjustment of traction speed in a certain range steadily and achieve stepless adjustment speed. As oil is working medium, relative motion between the surface components can be self-lubricating, small abrasion and long service life.
