This series production line collected washing, filling, capping, labeling and packing machines together, it is suitable for kinds of beverage production, like juice, tread production, simultaneously only change some spare parts. We adopt magnetic torque capping head, labeling parts from Germany, Japan. It is easy to adjust for different size of bottle and package. The whole production line adopts human-machine interfaces, touch-screen, PLC. Computer controller and other advanced technologies alarm, low-temperature shutdown and automatic return, no bottle. No vorer, wait then lack of bottles, lacking caps shutdown and so on, realize no bottle, no filling, output range is 3000-24000 bottles/hour.
