Purpose And Structure

* Direct-cooling milk tank (hereafter referred to as “cooling tank”) applies to storing and cooling fresh raw milk on farms, as well as fluid in small milk depot, dairy plant, food, feed, pharmaceutical plants.

* The cooling tank is mainly composed of the body, agitator, cooling unit and electric control cabinet. The body is made of stainless steel, with precision polish, being difficult dirt accumulation, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Its insulating layer is filled with rigid polyfoam of lower heat conductivity, being light and with good heat insulation.

*Cooling milk tank is mainly used in cooling to storage sweat milk or other liquid. It absorbs international advanced technology, adopts improving compress machine and safety and protection system, micro computer monitor, imported advanced technique and equipment such as polyurethane bubbling , honeycomb board evaporator. So it is the ideal cooling and storage equipment for pasture, milk station, milk factory, and beverage factory and pharmacy industry.

1. Cooling Unit Kapasitas ( 1000 ~ 1050 Liter dan 2000 ~ 2100 Liter )

a. Cooling Tank/ Tank Pendingin

-Tank semi horizontal silinder penuh dengan struktur 2 (dua) dinding

-Tank luar dan dalam menggunakan bahan stainless steel A1S1 3204, tebal 3 mm dengan insulation polyrethan tebal

 : ±50mm.

-Outlet valve diameter 51 DIN dengan tutup plastik berulir

-Kaki 4 buah dan dapat di stel turun naik.

b. Pengadukan dan Pemerataan

-Pengaduan 1 (satu) Agitator. Dengan kecepatan rendah (21 RPM).

-Pada saat penutup dibuka, pengaduk otomatis akan berhenti.

-Standar ISO 5708 (standar pemerataan lemak) dilampirkan

c. Peralatan Pendingin

-Bahan pendingin R 22 / R 404 A

-Power 6 HP, 400 V/3 phase + N/ 50 Hz

-Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai pendinginan temperature 4°C tidak melebihi 4 jam

d. Panel Control (Pengontrol Elektronik)

-Berfungsi mengatur penggunaan listrik secara efesien, pada saat temperature yang diinginkan tercapai mesin otomatis akan berhenti.

-Pengaturan dan pengendalian untuk pendingin, pengadukan dan fungsi alarm.

-Indicator berat cairan susu dalam tank.

-Phase Failure Relays (PFR)
