This lathe is double coordinate two axis linkage semi-close loop CNC lathe.

The spindle use FANUC high function spindle motor. It can achieves 20 – 5000r/min speed changed. FANUC high function server motor used in vertical and horizontal drive. Use direct connect drive method between each feeding server motor and high accurate reposition. There absolute value coder in the server motor which assure the non-accumulate error, no need memory, no need searching reference point, position into not lose after power cut.

This lathe can process complex geometric type, high accurate requirement rotate parts including inside and outside column surface, ladder surface, ball surface and other swing surface. Also it can process inside and outside groove, every metric of British unit inside and outside thread. The lathe apply to middle and little quantity part or single part production. It also applies to complex part large quantity production.
