Easy Maintenance

The H-JC jaw crusher adopts centralized grease lubrication. Fast Installation, Quick Production

The HJC series jaw crusher adopts an integrated motor base with it fixed directly on the jaw crusher. So the H-JC jaw crusher doesn't need to build base fabrication in advance. The installation space is reduced and more stable power transmission is achieved simultaneously. Elastic stop blocks and rubber shock absorbers are used to replace the rigid anchors, able to absorb the vibration peak load, reduce the mutual impact between the crusher and the foundation, and thus improve the service life of the jaw crusher.

An Apron Feeder is mainly consists of driving device, chain plate, tension device, transmission main shaft device, frame, carrier roller and supporting roller, etc.

Usually it runs at low speeds and at a controlled feed rate as it absorbs the impact loads of the material falling from a dump truck or a front-end loader and is ideal for withdrawing material from under a stockpile or from under a Primary Crusher.

FRAME

Rugged welded construction frame to provide rigid support for intense loading conditions. Full length beams manufactured from rolled steel joists form the top and bottom members of this one piece unit. Cross members tie the framework together for maximum strength. Bolted onto these cross members are the universal beams which carry the impact rails and the carrier rolls For ease of removing the carrier rolls, the outside carrier roll channels are sectionalized and bolted to the cross beams.
